Targeted marketing at a fraction of the cost of traditional patient mailings for recalling and contacting patients is one of the key features of Optisoft Enterprise 7, the latest version of the widely used practice management system.

Now downloadable from the Optisoft website, the Enterprise 7 version runs on Microsoft Windows 7, as Keith Sheers, Optisoft Managing Director, explained:
“We are incorporating the very best of all that is available in software.  We had never recommended Microsoft Vista as it was unstable and slow, but we have trialled Windows 7 for more than six months and are delighted to introduce it to our users.  The enhancement to Enterprise 7 brings a faster, more intuitive, and very reliable system.”

The release brings an easy to use new email/SMS module with greater functionality –
“The enhanced recall enclosure option allows you to customise reminder letters for target groups with the facility to digitally integrate frame, lens and contact lens suppliers’ images and text.   It is undoubtedly the cheapest and most efficient way to reach patients,” added Keith.

Optisoft Enterprise 7 also provides a Report Generator which, at the click of a mouse, will display countless opportunities for targeted mailing to specific patient groups.  This is demonstrated on the free online tutorial accessed via the Optisoft website.
