Portuguese independent, SN&N Optico, has just rolled out Optisoft’s IT system after previewing the online demonstrations and tutorials.
Praising the system’s ease of use, Brian Neville and his wife Surali Shah-Neville, have just opened the new practice in Lagos, Southern Portugal, with Optisoft in place for stock control with barcoding, cash, and patient recall. The intention is to add more modules to the system, particularly dispensing, as the practice develops.
“Even though most of the staff are Portuguese they are not having any problems with the language or the system. I had run through the demonstrations online and liked the simplicity. We knew what we were looking for as we had a practice in Suffolk before and had used optical software systems. We have been very happy with the support and professional service from Optisoft,” said Surali Neville-Shah the Optometrist Director.
“We have many ex-pat patients – British, French, German and Dutch, with many retired people so we are feeling very optimistic for the practice,” she added.
