Optisoft has stepped up customer support since moving to new offices in York, with a new Customer Relationship Management system. This is designed to improve the Help Desk facility which now services and supports more than 1,000 independent practices throughout the UK and Ireland.
“Having moved to new open plan offices, we now have more space for expansion and it makes communication between departments much easier. That, along with the CRM system and improved accessibility of our new offices, means that we are well positioned to continue providing a quality service to our customers,” said Optisoft Managing Director, Keith Sheers.
