Cash management is a fundamental part of any business – and your practice is no exception. Obviously it makes sense to keep control of how money comes into and goes out of the practice, but the Optisoft Cash module can deliver a lot more than simply accounting for your cash and any associated VAT.
The system can be tailored to suit the particular needs of your practice. So, while still conforming to industry standards, your cash management system can be easily configured to any specific cash management needs that you may have.
As part of the solution, the Optisoft Cash module can seamlessly link with the Stock module.
When combined the Optisoft solution automatically records stock levels of anything that is in the practice. As well as providing you with useful records of what has been sold, the information can also be used to identify those products that are selling either particularly quickly or unusually slowly.
In common with many other Optisoft modules, the information that the solution captures and generates in order to make the cash management easier can also be used in other beneficial ways. Key Performance Indicators can be measured against data from the module enabling you to see at a glance how successfully you are meeting your own criteria for success.
