Direct Debits and Standing Orders are an established method of payment for many people who need to pay regular bills.The Frequent Payments module from Optisoft is specifically designed for the optical practitioner, all of whom have regular, frequent replacement business to manage.
Optisoft Frequent Payments enables you to see at a glance all the relevant information about any particular patient, their orders and their payments. Essential patient information is supported by details of their bank and their scheme, so that each patient's payment requirements can be easily entered, edited or viewed. The module also helps to speed the process of setting up and managing Direct Debits or Standing Orders.
Included as part of the module's functionality is the ability to produce a Direct Debit mandate. Once in place, a Direct Debit or Standing Order can be managed with ease and efficiency by practice staff.
Key benefits include the ability to set up automatic transactions, so that payments are requested or processed on a regular basis without the need for each transaction to be generated individually and manually. Standing Order and Direct Debit payments can be easily reconciled with your own bank records so that you can keep track of exactly when each payment was received.
As with many of Optisoft's modules, Frequent Payments provides a wealth of useful management and administrative information. Reports include the ability to see data grouped by dates, products or scheme as well as individual patient reports. In addition, the module enables you to see exactly which payments have been recouped and which have been rejected.
By making it easier to manage regular payments, the practice saves time and money. The ability to identify potential problems early also means that goods are not supplied without payment.
