Yes, Optisoft is a Hewlett Packard partner and can supply, install and support their hardware

No, Optisoft is a modular system, so you can buy what you need now and add modules as and when required.
Do I need to buy the software for every PC on my network?
No, once you have bought the modules for the main PC (Server) you only need a Workstation License
for each additional PC.

Can I integrate Optisoft with my optical equipment?
Yes, Optisoft integrates to most modern optical equipment. You will find the current supported list on the Instrument Link page. However, if your equipment is not listed, please speak to us, as we are continually adding to it.

What type of network should I use?
Is there a version for my country?
Optisoft has been modified to cater for different countries as and when necessary eg Ireland, Mauritius etc. So, ask us and we will be happy to look into it for you.
How much training do I need?
We normally recommend one day’s training for every two modules purchased. However, it really depends on your IT experience and we are happy to discuss and advise accordingly.
Yes, you can set up a Virtual Private Network (VPN) which will enable you to access it from any location.
A standard CAT5 cable network is all you need to run Optisoft.
