The simple fact is that when people can see exactly what they're buying, it’s much easier to make an informed decision. This is precisely how the Frames on Faces visual dispensing module from Optisoft works. Optisoft's Frames on Faces is the ultimate visual dispensing aid. Using touch-screen technology, you can show the patient up to four images of themselves – each wearing different frames. Or, if the patient prefers, four images of the same frames from different angles. Conducting the process onscreen saves time, produces superior cosmetic results and increases profits.
Designed for ease of use and versatility, the module captures images quickly, with auto-focus for clear, sharp pictures. The images can be selected or rejected at the touch of a button and then displayed either as a full-screen or as four images on one screen.
Any number of images can be printed out so that a patient has the option of seeing an image on paper rather than onscreen. Once the patient has chosen their frame, the system then enables the dispensing optician to demonstrate the benefits of higher quality lenses by showing the relative thickness using generic lens type data. As a result you can look forward to dispensing revenues being driven up, as patients can see exactly which frames suit them best and understand the benefits of higher quality lenses. All this means greater levels of patient satisfaction.
