Managing your stock of frames and consumables can devour a great deal of management and staff time that could be used more productively. Optisoft's Stock module automates many of the routine tasks involved and makes sure you have complete control of key aspects of stock management.
Stock levels, for examples, can easily be optimised to make sure that you have sufficient stocks of frames and consumables for which there are varying levels of demand. By identifying both fast and slow moving frames, the module enables you to set stock levels at appropriate numbers and minimise product shrinkage. When you integrate the module with Optisoft's Dispensing and/or Cash modules, you also gain the ability to downgrade stock automatically as it is dispensed.
By incorporating bar-code technology into the module, products can be easily and quickly identified as they move in and out of stock. Once products are entered into the system, you can also use the module to perform stock checks or valuations at the touch of a button.
As well as providing a fully automated management system for stocks of frames and consumables, Optisoft Stock also gives you access to detailed data that can be used to set, monitor and analyse Key Performance Indicators.
