You can chose to suppress a patient’s recall to prevent them from receiving a reminder letter. This would be of use of the patient has already booked an appointment with the practice and, therefore, does not require a reminder letter sending out.

Suppressing a recall letter in the Recall module will only effect the currently built run. Once that run has been completed the patient will be added back to the bar on the graph and will be included in the next recall run that is built for that month’s bar.

Patient’s recall can also be suppressed from within the Appointments module if it has been installed.
