On the Fees Tab you can specify any set price Professional Fee that should be applied in addition to the markup percentage.

For spectacle lens markup schemes you can also enter set fees for Photochromic, Aspeheric and Lenticular lens. These additional fees will be applied based on the appropriate setting within the lens' maintenance screen. See Lenses for more information on creating lenses.
