Setting up Adjustments

You can create preset adjustments for use in the Spectacles Dispensing module, for example a 10% discount. You can also specify what type of item you want the adjustment to alter the price of so you could discount only the frame component of a dispense, for example.

• Click on the in the top left of the screen

• Select Maintain > Spectacles > Adjustments to open the Adjustment maintenance screen.

• Enter the Description for the Adjustment

• Enter the Amount for the Adjustment

• Choose whether it is a positive or negative adjustment.

• Choose whether it is a percentage (%) or a set value (Value)

• Choose whether the adjustment is to be applied to the total value or to selected items by using the check boxes on the right.

• Click on the button to save the Adjustment.
