Setting up Vouchers

You can create preset vouchers for use within the Spectacles Dispensing module.

• Click on the in the top left of the screen

• Select Maintain > Spectacles >Vouchers to open the Vouchers maintenance screen.

• Enter a Description for the Voucher

• Enter a Value for the Voucher

• Select whether the voucher is to apply to Sight Tests or Products.

• Select the Voucher Payment Type, this will typically be VOUCHER so that the voucher payment can be reconciled.

• Click on the to save the voucher.
