If we could have clickable links in the appointment type description box on online appointments, that would be great. For instance, we have added a link to NHS eligibility guidelines so patients can decide if they're NHS eligible prior to booking an appointment, but they currently have to copy the link into their browser.

This all depends on what is possible with the current system. Leave it with me and I'll get back to you.
We are going to add a custom message to the appointment type screen in the next update. Would it work if a link could be added here?

Hi there, yes this would be acceptable but ideally if this could be added in the bit where a patient selects which exam they are looking to book - that would be fantastic. Often we get people booking an NHS funded eye exam, but when they come in they're not entitled. So we have added an explanation and a link - but the px has to copy that link into their browser currently.

We are now able to add links into the descriptions of the appointment types. If anyone would like this implementing, please call the support team on 0345 230 3450.
