Our dedicated support team know our hardware & software inside out and are on hand to answer any questions and queries you may have. Our team have a wealth of knowledge and experience in both the IT industry and the optical market, we will work to resolve your problems as quickly as possible.

  • Or click the Optisoft support icon on your desktop. We use remote access software to access your PCs as needed to look into any questions and guide you through any queries.

Our support team is available from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
